Pokémon Sword and Shield is the eighth generation Pokémon game for the Nintendo Switch and the first Complete Pokémon RPG on a modern home console. With a long list of Pokémon friends, these two long solo tours are perfect for fans of both franchisees and beginners. Like most other Pokémon titles, Sword and Shield are very similar, with only a few notable differences. For example, some dozens of Pokémon creatures are only available in Sword, while others are exclusive to Shield. Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield are excellent sequels in this hugely popular series despite these small variations. Read this Pokémon Sword and Shield Review.
Like the rest of the Pokémon series, Sword and Shield combine open-world exploration and turn-based combat. Once you have adapted your character and chosen one of the three “beginner” elemental Pokémon, you can go to the Gellar region to conquer the new Pokémon and build your battlefield.
You will travel through sparkling forests, open plains, and tundra, discover new types of Pokémon, and improve your skills. Several training challenges mark your progress in the adventure.
Each challenge is about a different kind of Pokémon. The classic combat system is about elemental strengths and weaknesses, so it is crucial to identify the enemy’s weaknesses in the sequel. While Sword and Shield are similar to other Pokémon games, new additions bring the game to life.
Large open “wild” areas otherwise interfere with linear roads throughout the Gellar region. These Large areas can also roam, fight and capture wild Pokémon to keep the team strong. You can also experience different Pokémon trainers to compete in battles and challenge Dynamix Hideouts, where you fight giant Pokémon for great rewards.
Main Features of the Game

That includes the three newcomers to Pokémon Sword and Shield: Brookey, Sorbonne, and Cobble, as well as official and confirmed initial development. Like its predecessors, players get three different Pokémon swords and shield launchers.
Subjectively, Cobble is better for Special attacking players. Brookey is better for defensive or physically attacking players, and Sorbonne is better for players who want to balance two different types and, more generally, two different types of Attacking sets for their starting Pokémon.

The Crown Tundra DLC has not yet been given a specific release date, but it will be delivered in the fall of 2020.
