Call of Duty: Vanguard Review

Call of Duty franchise is a popular video game franchise in the world. Its release brings a new Call of Duty game for gamers to play and enjoy each year. The latest installment in the Call of Duty: Vanguard, is now available on Xbox Series X and Series S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows. Call of Duty Vanguard’s release date is 5th November 2021.

Call of Duty: Vanguard Gameplay

This game offers three different modes – campaign, multiplayer, and zombies – so there are plenty of options for you to choose from when playing this title. Let’s take a closer look at each mode:

Campaign Mode

It is a 1st person shooter that takes place soon. It tells the story of an elite fighting force known as “Vanguard” and their struggle against a terrorist organization called ODIN, trying to take over various countries worldwide after initiating global conflict. You play as a member of Vanguard and must take on the leader of ODIN, who has destroyed a city called Atlas.

The campaign mode is not as great as it could be – although there are some good points to note. The storyline is interesting enough, and the graphics look beautiful; however, they’re let down by poor voice acting (the characters look emotionless) and a lack of cutscenes. If you’re looking for an epic Call of Duty experience, then this is not the one – it just feels a little too short to be truly satisfying.

Multiplayer Mode

In Call Of Duty: Vanguard, the multiplayer mode has been praised by many as one of the best multiplayer modes in recent years. The online play is smooth, fast-paced, and action-packed, with plenty to keep even the most experienced gamer entertained for hours on end.

The gameplay is better than you would expect from the latest call of duty game – it feels more like an arena shooter rather than your regular Call of Duty experience. It feels a little more welcoming for new players while still retaining the fast-paced action that you’d expect from this series.

The multiplayer mode is one of Vanguard’s highlights – it packs plenty of punch and delivers an experience that only Call Of Duty can provide. It is made even better by its solid gameplay mechanics and tight controls.

Vanguard Zombies Mode

The last mode to take a look at is the zombies game mode – it’s always good value for money when you get this option in your Call Of Duty game, as it provides plenty of replayability and endless hours of entertainment!

This zombie shooter takes place on a remote island. The main objective is to survive the wave after wave of zombies that are trying to kill you – at least until dawn comes, and they retreat into their graves!

There’s a good sense of fun running throughout this zombie game mode; it never takes itself too seriously, which makes for an enjoyable experience every time you play. If you’re looking for something to play after dark, this mode is perfect.

Strong Characters of Call of Duty Vanguard

Vanguard has a strong range of characters. There’s plenty to choose from – you can play as male or female soldiers, both with their unique skills and abilities.

The multiplayer mode allows for character customization, which means your soldier will look just how you want them to. It makes every match a little more interesting as you try to outplay your opponents!

Voice chat is also available in multiplayer games, making communication with other players accessible.

Call of Duty: Vanguard Experience

In conclusion, I’d give the game a 10/10. The visuals are excellent, and the movement is very smooth. The gunplay is also highly realistic. The recoil on the weapon is accurate.

I’m not a fan of the fact that walls are breakable, and it’s easier to shoot through them. There are also a lot of maps for a game that has just been released. In my honest opinion, I don’t believe the game deserves all of the negative reviews. The game is not a letdown.

It provides a lot more content than other editions, such as additional maps, weapons, character rankings, and campaign missions.

You can run, shoot and jump in this game which is a lot of fun. It allows you to play as a player or a zombie, snipe from buildings, destroy parts of buildings by climbing on them, get up on buildings, and not to mention it has huge maps for sniping or little for grinding your weapons or running.

The Call of Duty franchise has produced excellent games in recent years. However, the latest installment – Call Of Duty: Vanguard – falls a little short of the mark. While it’s not terrible, several areas let Call Of Duty: Vanguard down – for example, its campaign mode is relatively poor and doesn’t have as much punch as other games in this series.

Sledgehammer Games is dedicated to providing exciting and enthralling gameplay, with modifications over time. The development team is prepared to continue the collaboration between Sledgehammer Games and the greater community for Vanguard.
